It's McDonald's. Tastes just like every other McDonald's. It is pretty clean. And the service is quick. Has a playplace for the kids. If you find yourself in Thompson, it's a place you can go and get exactly what you expect and know.

A friendly port in the storm! The town was closed down due to a blizzard, and one of the only places open was Mickey D's. Thank you.
The server was very friendly and helpful. Great attitude. Great! However the food was just a so-so.
One would think when the place is almost empty, they would ensure your french fry holder was full. Not so. Mine was 3/4 full with a noticeable number of burnt remnants. The burger was okay, meat patty well cooked. Who would think that when the world is on hold due to a winter blizzard, that the one thing you couldn't get out of the machine was ice cubes.
So a bit of a so-so experience notwithstanding the friendly staff.
